Man left for dead near ditch

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police are searching for answers after a man was found badly injured on a ditchbank in northwest Albuquerque.
The man, who has not been identified, was found unconscious but breathing near Second Street and Delamar Avenue NW on Monday night.
Police said he had severe trauma and was taken to University of New Mexico Hospital in critical condition.
