ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man accused of stabbing a bouncer at an Albuquerque nightclub finally gets his day in court.
Police say 33-year-old Brandon Stafford faced a judge Saturday, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Officers say in November, bouncers at One Up were kicking Stafford out of the club for being disruptive when he punched one of the bouncers, then stabbed him with a knife puncturing the victim's lung.
Stafford was then picked out in a photo lineup a month later.
He is still in jail on a $100,000 cash or surety bond.
