HOBBS, N.M. (KRQE) - A late night shooting in Hobbs leaves one man dead and another behind bars, charged with murder.
Police say around 10 o’clock Friday night, 37-year-old Agapito Argonez was found bleeding from a gun shot wound.
He later died at a Texas hospital.
Soon after, 51-year-old David Ortiz was arrested and charged with murder.
No word on what led up to the shooting or if police found a weapon but they are asking the public for help.
