Man arrested for his ninth DWI

GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) - State police said they arrested a Gallup man for his ninth DWI after he lost control of his car Saturday night and rolled it.

Jay Barton, 42, was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Afterwards, he headed to jail where he's being held on a $10,000 bond.

State police said Barton had a valid driver's license at the time of his arrest.
