HOBBS, N.M. (KRQE) - Police in Hobbs say a 22-year-old man is charged with murder accused of shooting his stepfather.
Keith Haney, 22, was arguing with Frankie Vine, 47, Friday afternoon when police say Haney started shooting.
When officers arrived on scene they found Vine with a gunshot wound.
He was transported to the hospital where he died.
Haney is in jail, being held without bond.
