ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The FBI is looking for a bandaged robber who held up an Albuquerque bank on Wednesday and limped away.
The robber hit the BBVA Compass bank at 3500 Carlisle Blvd. NE shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday by handing a teller a note demanding money.
When the teller hesitated, he reached into his pocket and touched womething that made a metallic clicking noise. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Witnesses said he was last seen heading east on Candelaria NE in a white four-door sedan driven by a woman.
The robber was described as being in his mid to late 30s and 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall with a heavy build. He has black hair, dark sunspots on his left cheek and a large white bandage or piece of tape covering his chin.
