ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A top dog with the state's probation and parole department is in trouble again.
Larry Flynn works for corrections secretary Lupe Martinez and he is also her boyfriend.
They live together on prison grounds in the secretary's house.
Flynn is now under an internal investigation for shooting a gun on prison property.
He fired 14 times outside of the couple's home, saying he was killing a rattlesnake under a dog house.
The acting warden took a report, but no action.
Flynn is already on paid suspension; accused of padding his time card.
The governor requested state police investigate Wednesday whether the shooting broke the law and if Flynn got any special treatment.
