ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Another relative of a murder suspect has been charged in the death of a University of New Mexico student whose body was found in a cave.
Lacey Franklin, 23, was indicted on a charge of tampering with evidence.
She is the sister of Bryce Franklin, 20, who along with Clifford Bearden, 22 , is accused of killing a UNM student Fernando Enriquez in October.
Enriquez's sister reported him missing on Nov. 10, and the body was found dumped in a cave near Grants on Dec. 1.
Both pleaded not guilty on Monday.
Sandy Franklin, Bryce and Lacey's mother, was charged earlier with tampering with evidence and conspiracy.
Investigators have said Enriquez was acquainted with his alleged killers and that money and his credit card may be involved in the motive for the murder.
