ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A judge is expected to make a ruling this week in the DWI case against Albuquerque attorney Ron Bell.

Prosecutors said Bell was driving under the influence of a prescription drug when sheriff's deputies stopped him in June 2010.

A state toxicologist testified last week that Bell's system had five times the level of Adderall that he considers normal for medical purposes.

Bell claims he had not taken any that day because his blood pressure was too high.
