Jerome Block in jail for the third time

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Jerome block Junior is waking up in a jail cell again.
The former state public regulation commissioner was arrested Tuesday.
It's the third time since pleading guilty to several felonies and resigning from office in October.
The first arrest was for failing a drug test.
The second for breaking an undisclosed drug court rule.
No word on what he did this time.
Block who has admitted having a problem with prescription medications, could get four years in prison if he fails to complete drug court he's in.
