ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Friday, U.S. Marshals arrested an Albuquerque fugitive after pursuing her for more than a year.
Elizabeth Silva, 26, is in jail now on a $500,000 bond.
Police said Silva took part in a drive-by shooting on Dec. 14, 2008 in Albuquerque's South Valley.
The victim was shot twice, but survived her injuries.
Silva was found hiding under a couch at the home of a family member in the North Valley on Friday.
The charges against Silva include attempted murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy.
