Former police officer in trouble again

Albuquerque police arrested Daniel Barde, 33, Tuesday morning at a hotel where he was allegedly walking around drunk.

Officers said he told them he was staying at the hotel but that turned out not to be true.

Police say when Barde took a stance that looked like he wanted to fight, he was arrested.

He is charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Barde was arrested last month for allegedly driving drunk in his personal car, with his toddler son with him.

He resigned from the state police on July 19.
