A jury deadlocked on his case in April

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former Albuquerque police officer will face another trial with jury selection starting on Monday. Once a jury is picked, the trial is expected to start right away for Brad Ahrensfield.
Ahrensfield is facing federal criminal charges for obstruction of justice.
Ahrensfield, who was a cop at the time, is accused of tipping off his friend who was also the target of a criminal investigation. A jury deadlocked on the charge in April.
Ahrensfield's trial has gone to jury.
