ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former guard at the Metro Detention Center and a current security officer at CNM is out of jail Sunday morning after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife.
Toryn Terrell is charged with aggravated assault on a household member and child abuse.
According to the criminal complaint, the two were arguing over a cell phone in the Winrock Mall parking lot when Terrell came at her with the car.
Three children were inside the car at the time.
