ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (KRQE) - A family of three spent the night behind bars for their alleged roles in a fatal shooting in Alamogordo.
Benjamin Baroz III, 20, was charged with first-degree murder Wednesday in the shooting death of Matthew Córdova, 18, on Tuesday night.
Baroz's father, Benjamin Baroz Jr., 46, is now charged with first-degree murder, too.
And his mother, Ernestine, 46, is charged as well accused of tampering with evidence.
The parents were charged on Friday.
