ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - After asking for the public's help finding a man and his 1-month-old son, the pair has been located in El Paso, Texas.
Rogelio Reyes, 31, and his child were last seen in Valencia County on Wednesday.
There were reports Reyes had threatened to take the child to Mexico, but police say they are safe in El Paso.
Police also said Reyes was acting within his custodial rights, so the case is being closed.
