Explicit pics found on Bruce's computer

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRQE) - An investigator from Pueblo, Colorado testified that he found explicit photos stored on a computer hard-drive confiscated from the home of Robert Bruce, known as the Ether Man.

Bruce is in custody in Colorado on charges of rape and attempted murder and has been linked to 11 rapes in Albuquerque in the 1990s.

In open court earlier this month, a Pueblo Sheriff's investigator testified the photos had been e-mailed to a Web site for voyeurs between July 2000 and August 2001, according to the Pueblo Chieftain.

Bruce was living in Albuquerque at the time.

The investigator also testified some of the photos showed unknown women in various states of undress. The pictures were apparently shot through the blinds of their windows. Other pictures were secretly taken up women's skirts in public.

The Pueblo investigator testified he believed Bruce shot the so-called upskirt photos by putting a camera in a shopping bag and holding it under women's skirts.

Some of the photos were titled, 'Shy neighbor,' 'Flea market girl,' and 'My first uppie.'

Prosecutors in Colorado plan to use the photos to establish a pattern of behavior for Bruce.
