Former ABQ police officer goes to court

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former Albuquerque police officer who investigators say was caught with his pants down trying to bribe a prostitute is set to be in court Tuesday afternoon.

Detectives say Matt Kindle was caught on tape attempting to bribe a prostitute for sex.

The former cop is now facing a slew of charges centering around prostitutes and extortion.
