Dad faces DWI charges with kids in car

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) - Roswell police arrested a man for allegedly driving drunk with his three kids in the car.
Police say Freddy Montano, 30, had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when he crashed his car into a tree Saturday night on East 3rd Street.
He and one of the kids suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
Montano is charged with aggravated DWI, driving on a suspended license and three counts of child abuse.
