ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - New Mexico State Police suspect foul play in the disappearance of a Tucumcari woman missing since Sept. 13.
Kimberly Draman, 53, was last seen with Frank Keller, who has not been charged in the case.
Keller, 45, a convicted sex offender, was arrested Sept. 18 driving Draman's car in Las Vegas, Nev.
