School worker accused of molesting girl

A behavioral specialist at a Magdalena school is accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl.

Mark W. Shaddock, 44, of Magdalena was arrested Tuesday. He faces three counts of criminal sexual penetration, two counts of criminal sexual contact, four counts of child abuse, three counts of kidnapping and one count of aggravated stalking.

According to a New Mexico State Police news release, the alleged crimes occurred over several months, starting in the spring.

He had been a behavior coach at Alamo Navajo School in Magdalena at the time the allegations emerged.
