Student: Coach knew about hazing

LAS VEGAS, N.M. (KRQE) - A Robertson High School football player testified Wednesday that a coach had walked in during an alleged sexual assault last summer, but did nothing to stop it.

The freshman testified during a preliminary hearing to determine whether five former Robertson High School football players will face charges, and if they'll be charged as adults.

The players are accused of sodomizing other players with a broomstick during a team camp.

Two freshmen had said they had been targeted by older players, and said the coaches at first laughed about the attacks, but became more serious as the camp ended.
