ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A chase Wednesday that reached 100 miles an hour through Albuquerque's South Valley ended safely with the suspect in custody.
A Bernalillo County sheriff's deputy tried to pull over the suspect for failing to yield on Isleta Boulevard, according to the sheriff's department, but the suspect took off instead.
Deputies were able to get the man to stop at Coors Boulevard and Gun Club Road, where he was arrested.
Deputies said the man is suspected of robbery. His name has not been released.
