ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The sentencing for the man prosecutors said ran a huge prostitution ring in Albuquerque was rescheduled after his attorney missed the hearing on Thursday.

Bobbie McMullin's attorney sent a message to the court on Thursday that he was at the hospital with a family member and had to miss the hearing, so officials rescheduled the hearing for Monday.

McMullin was convicted of owning and operating an escort service called Private Ice. He faces up to 13 and a half years in prison after being convicted of nine felony counts.
