Police suspect DWI in
car accident

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A driver, who Albuquerque Police believe was drinking and driving, was involved in a crash on Carlisle Saturday night.

The accident occurred at the Interstate 40 overpass at around 9:00 p.m.

One person was taken to the hospital. There's no word on the extent of that persons injuries.

The other driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

So far, APD has not released any other information.
