Police seek tattooed shooting suspect

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police are searching for a man with distinctive tattoos who they believe shot another man in the leg early Tuesday morning.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 20s with tattoos under his eyes: one is the letter W, while the other is the letter S.

According to Albuquerque police, the man is suspected of shooting another man four times in the leg on the 1700 block of Indian School Road in northwest Albuquerque.

The other man was taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital.

Anybody with information on the suspect is asked to call Albuquerque police at 505-242-COPS (242-2677).
