ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque Police said a DWI suspect went ballistic and attacked her arresting officer on Thursday.
Saturday, a roughed up Betty Bagley, 33, appeared before an Albuquerque Metropolitan Court judge to face charges of DWI and battery on a peace officer.
Police said she attacked an officer at Albuquerque's prisoner transport center Thursday by scratching and hitting the officer in the face with her elbow.
Bagley is in custody on two separate bonds totaling $7,500.
