Cops arrest shooting suspect

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police have made an arrest in a Saturday night shooting that happened in northeast Albuquerque.

The incident occurred near California and Cochiti.

Police have not released the name of the suspect, but he was charged and booked into the Albuquerque Metropolitan Detention Center.

The victim was shot in the torso and taken to University of New Mexico Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
