ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man accused of using a homicide victim's credit card after her death has been arrested, and police hope he might be able to help them figure out what happened during her final days.
Wesley Evans Williams was arrested Saturday in Tucson, Ariz., on a Bernalillo County warrant for theft of a credit card.
Williams is accused of using the card belonging to Sandra Jean Brady for two years after her death. He is not a suspect in her death, but police suspect he was the last person to see her alive.
Hikers found Brady's body in March 2000 after spotting her cowboy boots sticking out of the ground.
Her body wasn't identified until January 2008, when Brady's daughter recognized her mother's tattoos when the case was featured on "America's Most Wanted."
