ROSWELL, N.M. (KBIM-KRQE) - A man accused in the ax murder of a Roswell woman has reportedly confessed to the crime.

Allen Dale Bruce admitted to deputies he killed Leatha Ann Tidwell in March, according to the Chaves County Sheriff's Department.

Bruce told deputies he had been doing odd jobs for her and became angry when she complained about the quality of his work.
