CLOVIS, N.M. (AP) - The Curry County sheriff's department has re-arrested a Cannon
Air Force Base airman on 100 additional counts of manufacturing
child pornography.
Senior Airman Zebulon Benne was initially charged in August
with 50 counts of sexual exploitation of children and 10 of
manufacturing child pornography.
Sheriff's investigators say a preliminary scan of the
24-year-old airman's computer revealed 50 images of children
engaged in sexual acts. The computer was seized and more images
were found during a complete forensic scan.
Benne is being held at the Curry County Adult Detention
Center in lieu of $100,000 bond.
