SANTA FE (KRQE) - A Santa Fe man whom police say wanted revenge on his double-dealing drug dealer is now behind bars himself while the alleged dealer walked away scot-free.
Santa Fe police say Robert Trujillo, 53, paid the dealer $125 for what he thought was cocaine.
Turns out, it was just soap.
Trujillo returned to the home where he made the purchase and demanded his money back, police said.
When that didn't happen Trujillo allegedly rammed his truck into a car with five women inside who had showed up to the home.
No one was seriously hurt.
Trujillo's charged with five counts of aggravated battery with deadly weapon.
As for the drug dealer, he was not arrested because police say it's not illegal to sell soap.
