Cop's arrest prompts probe of supervisors
Sergeant charged with domestic violence

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Four police supervisors are the subjects of internal-affairs investigations following the arrest of Sgt. Patrick Ficke for domestic violence, Albuquerque Police Department Chief Ray Schultz has confirmed.
Ficke is charged with false imprisonment, child abuse and battery against a household member for allegedly getting violent with his wife during an argument on Feb. 10.
Ficke's wife says hours earlier she dropped him off at the Marble Brewery with some friends.
An internal investigation will find out if those friend included SWAT team Sgt. Alexander Catsis, Commander Joe Christmas, Lt. Troy Luna and Sgt. Daniel Campbell.
It's unknown if any of them were drinking, driving an APD vehicle or on call that night.
Schulz confirmed all four have been notified that there will be an investigation into their actions that day.
Schultz didn't say how long the investigation was expected to take.
Ficke resigned from APD after his arrest.
