Colo. couple indicted in NM robbery

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Colorado couple is indicted in connection with robbing a Farmington bank two months ago.
Prosecutors say 42-year-old Robert Neihart and his wife, 42-year old Denise Myrick, robbed a Wells Fargo Bank in Farmington on September 21st.
The indictment also alleges Neihart pointed a firearm at a bank customer and fired the gun after the robbery.
The couple was later arrested in Ignacio, Colorado, where they both live.
Myrick pleaded not guilty at her arraignment Wednesday.
Neihart is in federal custody in Colorado waiting to be sent to New Mexico.
