SANTA FE (KRQE) - Two men are behind bars accused of holding up the Dairy Queen in Pojoaque over the weekend.

Stephan Bustamante, 21, and Saul Rodriguez, 17, face a list of charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The two were busted Wednesday after a high-speed chase outside Santa Fe.

Deputies say the two shot a man in the stomach in Española during an armed robbery there.

The victim survived.
