SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - A man who led police on a high speed chase through Santa Fe's south side has been arrested on suspicion of a deadly hit-and-run last month.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office named 27-year-old Leandro Anaya a suspect in the Feb. 15 death of 50-year-old William Schroeder.
Authorities filed a warrant for Anaya's arrest Monday.
Deputies chased Anaya for an hour Wednesday before he ditched a pickup truck and was later captured by a Santa Fe police officer.
