ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Officials may decide Thursday if the driver who sheriff's deputies say caused a deadly crash with a motorcycle rider Wednesday night will face criminal charges.
Torrance County sheriff's deputies say the motorcycle was going south on highway 41, just south of Moriarty about 6 o’clock Wednesday night when a truck on potato shed road pulled out in front of it and the bike slammed into it.
Deputies say the rider was wearing a helmet, but still died.
