Cameras thieves caught on camera

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A reward is being offered for information on the thieves who stole three video cameras from a drive-in restaurant but only after their pictures had been recorded.

The June 15 theft occurred shortly before 2 a.m. at the Sonic Drive-In at 6320 Central Avenue SE just east of San Pedro Drive. The three cameras were valued at $800.

Albuquerque Metropolitan Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrests of the suspects. Callers to Crime Stoppers at 843-STOP (843-7867) do not have go give their names to be eligible for a reward.
