ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The Rio Rancho teacher charged with roughing up two students in class could be in court as early as Monday.
Police arrested Ken Boyd on Saturday, after they say he pushed two kids in his science class at Rio Rancho Middle School recently.
Cops say Boyd grabbed one of the student’s by the neck and the other by his sweatshirt.
He is on paid leave right now while the district and police investigate.
He has worked for the Rio Rancho school district for about four months now.
