ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The search continues for two brothers accused of murdering a man in the Bosque in Socorro county Monday night then setting his car on fire and it looks like they may be following in the footsteps of their two other brothers.

State police have named Andrew Gallegos, 36, and his older brother Joe as the suspects in the killing of Adrian Burns, 28. News 13 has learned Andrew is a registered sex offender for a past rape and both are members of an especially violent gang in Valencia County.

Andrew and Joe have two other brothers, Ben and Frankie. They are serving a 45 year federal prison sentence for a triple murder in Albuquerque's south valley in 2004.  Deanna Saiz, her son Jade Slade and her boyfriend Cruse Rael were all strangled. One with a vacuum cleaner cord, another with a playstation cord and the third with duct tape.

Ben was also charged with the 2000 murder of Phillip Silva who's body was found in a ditch. He had a plastic bag over his head.

Investigators believe the brothers were also involved with as many as four other murders but have not been able to prove it. In most cases fellow gang members have gone down for the crimes.

Most of the murders were drug related.
