ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two people found dead inside a mobile home park is now being investigated as a murder-suicide.

The people involved were a brother and sister.

Late Saturday evening, police rushed to the 6900 Block of Derickson, around 6 o’clock Saturday evening, after a phone call from relatives who said they hadn't heard from Kenneth or Shirley Robson for a while.

One relative went inside the Robson's home and found both of them dead.

Police say Kenneth Robson, who was in his sixties, and Shirley Robson, who was in her seventies, were both found dead on the floor.

Investigators are not providing details about how the two were killed, who killed who, or if they found a weapon.

Police did say they are looking into a reason why this happened.

“They’re looking to see if there were any medical conditions between the two as to that possibility of being a reason as to why the act was conducted,” Sgt. Donovan Olvera said.

Neighbors say Shirley Robson did not appear to be in good health.

"She just could barely get around. She had to have his help in order to get in and out the door," said neighbor Jo Bideaux.

Neither of the deceased had any sort of criminal history in New Mexico.
