ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The boy zapped with a Taser dart by a state Motor Transportation Police officer during a school career fair is now suing the Department of Public Safety.
The 10-year-old boy made a joke about Officer Christopher Webb who then he allegedly fired a stun-gun dart into the boy's chest, the Albuquerque Journal reported.
Webb said the Taser went off accidentally.
The incident happened at a school in Tularosa earlier this year.
