LOS ALAMOS, N.M. (KRQE) - The Los Alamos Police Department is trying to figure out who tried to blackmail a 13-year-old girl over nude photos of her.
New s13 has learned she started messaging a stranger who she thought was another girl.
Police say the stranger posed as someone who could get her modeling jobs after she sent nude pictures.
She sent the photos, but then the predator demanded wanted money or the pictures would be posted to the Web.
The department has subpoenaed Yahoo to see if a real name and address is attached to the e-mail address.
