BELEN, N.M. (KRQE) - Belen high school has some extra security on campus Tuesday after a school shooting threat was made.

Police say a student wrote the threat on a mirror in a restroom recently, but they think it was just a prank.

Officials still have to take the threat seriously.

Police say the student who made the threat has been suspended.
