Police ID morning homicide victim

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police are investigating the death of a man found in southeast Albuquerque Friday morning as a homicide.

Just before 9:30 a.m. Friday officers responded to the 1500 block of Spence just south of Gibson and University.

Late Friday afternoon police released the victim's identity as Kenneth King, 57.

So far APD has said little about the case but are asking anyone with information on King or his death to contact investigators at 242-2677 or Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers at 843-STOP (843-7867).
