ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - An Albuquerque couple was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly running a meth lab in their home.
APD Officer Robert Gibbs said officers received a phone call about 1:30 p.m. Sunday that lead them to the home at 1900 John Street S.E. near the intersection of Broadway and Gibson.
Investigators spent several hours in the area after they say they discovered meth-making materials inside the house.
Two suspects were arrested at the scene.
They are Fred Bouchard and Dorothy Bouchard, born in 1952. They were booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night.
Officer Gibbs said, "The items have been cleared and police have deemed that the house is safe and livable."
