SANTA FE (KRQE) - A Santa Fe man who was on bail in a robbery case and wearing a GPS monitoring device has been arrested again after police used the device to link him to two other heists.
Robert Romero, 24, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to robbing the same Santa Fe-area convenience store twice last week.
He was first arrested last month after allegedly robbing a pharmacy of 200 OxyContin pills using a toy gun.
Romero was released on a $25,000 bond under conditions that included wearing the GPS monitor.
He was arrested again on Saturday and charged with last week's robberies.
Court records show the GPS device put him at the store.
