SANTA FE, NM (KRQE) - A man wanted for a double murder in Santa Fe is now in custody and is scheduled to face a judge Monday afternoon.
Authorities caught up to Arthur Anaya on Friday afternoon after nearly a week of there being a nationwide manhunt out for the man.
Police say Anaya killed 51-year-old Theresa Vigil and 16-year-old Austin Urban last week allegedly over a missed rent payment.
Anaya was found in a trailer not far from where the murder took place.
He is sitting at the Santa Fe county jail on a $1 million cash-only bond.
