ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man accused in a violent home invasion has pleaded not guilty.
Joel Meeks, who appeared in court Friday morning, is accused of hogtying an Albuquerque man and leaving him to drown in a bathtub last month.
Meeks remains jailed under a $500,000 cash-only bond.
Police are still looking for his alleged accomplice Raul Ortega.
