ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police say a woman was not only a danger to other drivers Saturday morning, but she had four children in her car when officers say she was driving drunk.
Heather Nez, 23, faced a judge Sunday on child abuse charges.
According to a criminal complaint police stopped Nez's car on Montgomery near San Mateo, when she kept weaving into the center lane.
Officers pulled her over and say she reeked of booze, had water eyes and slurred speech.
Also in the car with her were four children, the youngest only 8-months-old.
Officers say she failed several sobriety tests and was put in handcuffs.
